“ Grimaldi's remains one of the top pizza chains in the country. I've been to quite a few stores and have visited this Boise location three times now, never been disappointed. Better than any other NY-style pizza I've tried in the last decade. Service is always great; Samantha did a great job at the bar. Very polite and professional. Suggestion: try a red sauce pizza with spicy chicken sausage, onions, green peppers, and jalapenos. Life-changing stuff, you'll never go back if you like it spicy! Pro tip: They re-stoke their coal oven every day from 3-4pm (used to be 4-5pm) so you can't get a pizza cooked during that time, but all other menu options are available. Olympic Otter ”
